We’re an independently owned and operated agency who delivers broad and flexible insurance as well as risk management solutions in Volusia County and Flagler County Florida. For more than 40 years we’ve served individuals, families, and businesses with comprehensive products and personalized services and we’re proud to be a part of the communities we serve. AIM – Assess, Implement and Monitor – is our process for finding the right solution for any client. Following this process means that we examine clients’ needs and goals and then match these needs and goals with coverages that are the most appropriate and most valuable. Once risk is transferred and policies are in place, we monitor the policies for continuing effectiveness and accuracy, and we keep clients informed of our findings. This way, clients make informed decisions and maximize the value of their insurance dollar on an ongoing basis.

Our personal and commercial programs include home, auto, contractors, and motor vehicle dealers. We specialize in auto dealers and can custom-tailor a number of our programs to fit the needs of virtually any automotive business in Florida. We’re a full-service agency, which means that from a first consultation throughout the life of a policy we monitor products, keep clients informed, and support clients in any way they want and need. Claims and risk management are parts of our services, as are ongoing education and full availability. We also communicate with clients in ways that fit clients best, whether it’s via text, email, phone, and/or one-on-one interactions.

In the spirit of contributing to the communities we serve, we do more than provide products and services; we support and work with Operation Changing Lives and Halifax Habitat for Humanity. Involvement with these groups makes our service areas better places to live and work and makes us better insurers.
